THE BRAVE WOMAN IN SOUTH AFRICA ''WISH ALL WOMAN WERE LIKE HER'' THE WOMAN WHO FOUGHT FOR OUR FREEDOM.

Today we are free to do anything that we want to do at our own time because of her, indeed she is the mother of the Nation. You play a big role in our lives.
Nonzamo Winifred Zanyiwe Madikizela a xhosa woman born on the 26 of September 1936 in the village called Bizana in Eastern Cape , she was the fourth of the nine children in Mr Columbus Madikizela and Mrs Gertrude Madikizaela . She has studied social work in Johannesburg at Jan Hofmeyr school of social work . She got a degree of social work in 1956 and she got the bachelor's of degree of International relation from University of the Witwatersrand . The first job of Nonzamo was as 
                   
social work at Baraganath Hospital in Soweto.

After marrying Nelson Mandela she was called by the name of Winnie Madikizela Mandela . Winnie met with Nelson when she was 22 years old in Soweto , then they got married in 1958 and they had 2 daughters by the names of Zenani and Zindziwa . After that her husband got arrested for some political issues in 1963 and was not released until 1990 . Winnie and Nelson separated in 1992  . that was the end of he marriage

Winnie was an political activist and detained by the National party government . This was woman was imprison for 419 days because of fighting for our lives to be free. She was tortured  and beaten for bringing freedom to our lives .How can we thank you ?.....We do not have enough to thank you where ever you are Mama.

There was a woman who struggle to give birth  and Winnie was the one who helped that to give birth as she was working in Baraganath Hospital . You was a brave woman in this country , we need a woman like Winnie Madikizela Mandela , a woman who will stand up and say no if things is not going in the right way, people who will stand for their RIGHTS.

Winnie Madikizela Mandela was not doing this for her family but for the country

She was having a kidney problem which has lead her to death on the 02 of April 2018 in the Milpark Hospital in Johannesburg.



WE THANK YOU MAMA FOR GIVING US A FREEDOM .....LIFE WAS NOT EASY BEFORE YOU.
